1-Day Yoga & Nature Retreat

Join me for a day of deep nourishment and connection in the serene and beautiful surroundings of Temple Retreat. Just 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, you’ll feel like you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This one-day retreat is designed to rejuvenate your body and nourish your spirit through a combination of carefully curated practices.

We’ll begin our day with a morning yoga session, setting the tone for a day of relaxation and renewal. After yoga, we’ll enjoy a peaceful BYO lunch on the retreat’s stunning grounds, allowing you to savour your meal in nature’s embrace.

In the afternoon, we’ll immerse ourselves in the practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku). This gentle, meditative nature walk invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world in a profound and healing way. By fully engaging your senses, you’ll experience the restorative power of nature and return feeling refreshed and re-centered.

We’ll end our day with a soothing restorative yoga session, where you can fully unwind and integrate the day’s experiences, leaving you with a deep sense of peace and renewal.
