The remnants of a busy day will immediately melt away as you enter a warm, beautifully lit room. With a focus on connecting to your breath and relaxing your body, you’ll end the day feeling stress-free and chilled out! Expect any combination of gentle yoga, restorative yoga and meditation. Props are provided or bring your own for added comfort.
