Resolve to Evolve
The way we end one cycle has a profound impact on the way the next cycle begins. New Year’s Eve is a perfect time to pause and reflect on the cycle that is finishing and resolve to evolve and move forward in a positive direction. This has become a longstanding tradition, this year being the 7th or 8th time we’ve gathered to close out the year together!
Join me for a 2-hour class where we’ll use a combination of movement, contemplation, and meditation to skilfully close 2022. Within the sweet space of our community let’s celebrate what’s good, reflect on the year that’s ending, and take inspired action as we start 2023.
R2E will be held at Soul Space in Newmarket, and will also be available live via Zoom. There is plenty of street parking available, and Soul Space is fully equipped with mats and props.
When booking, please be sure to choose either in-person or Zoom. Zoom links will be sent to those attending online on 30 December.
