Resolve to Evolve 2023
The way we end one cycle has a profound impact on the way the next cycle begins. For the 9th year in a row, this New Year’s Eve we’ll pause and reflect on the cycle that is finishing and resolve to evolve and move forward in a positive direction as we begin 2024.
Resolve to Evolve is a longstanding tradition, and this year is extra special as our time together will be accompanied by the dulcet tones of Haitch Music!
In this 2-hour class we’ll combine movement, contemplation, music, and meditation to close 2023 with purposeful practice. Within the sweet space of our community let’s celebrate what’s good, reflect on the year that’s ending, and plan for inspired action as we start 2023.
R2E will be held at Soul Space – 23 Parker Street in Newmarket.
There’s plenty of street parking available. Soul Space is fully equipped with mats and props, but feel free to bring your own.
