Winter Solstice Special Class

I’ll be joined for this special class by my friend, musician Haitch. Together we’ll bring you a 90-minute Winter Solstice special class combining yoga with live music, with a luxurious sound bath during Savasana. This class will not be streamed live, as music doesn’t come through well on Zoom.
