CANCELLATION POLICY
Here’s what you need to know about cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
A 50% deposit of the total retreat cost is required by June 11th to secure your place, and will be paid to the resort at this time.
Once this deposit has been paid to the resort, per resort policy it becomes non-refundable. Should you need to cancel after this date, your deposit may only be refunded if you’re able to find a suitable replacement participant at the time of cancellation.
**This is why I’m requiring travel insurance with appropriate cancellation coverage. It will protect your investment should your circumstances change.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Travel insurance is required for all retreat guests, it’s protection for your investment should any emergencies arise either before or during your trip. Kerstin is available to help you organise insurance if needed.
Vietnam’s currency is the Vietnam đồng (VND). For up-to-date exchange rates, click HERE
PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS
Before packing your bags for Vietnam, here’s what you need to know:
- A valid visa is required for entry to Vietnam.
- You can apply online for an eVisa for tourism or business purposes, or Kerstin is available to help with this. Here is a helpful video if you’re applying online.
- The eVisa allows stays up to 90 days and permits multiple entries if approved.

- Entry requirements can change quickly, so check with the nearest Vietnamese embassy or consulate for the latest information.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Double-check all information when applying. Your visa details must exactly match your passport (full name, date of birth, etc.).
- Errors may result in additional fees, boarding refusal, or entry denial.
- If travelling with prescription medication, verify import/export restrictions with the Vietnamese embassy or consulate.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:

Please consult the Smart Traveller website regularly for general travel advice.
