Retreat Info and Policies

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
50% of the remaining balance due on 1 March
Final balance due by 10 April
Feel free to pay in full at any time before 10 April

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the start of the retreat will be entitled to a full refund, less the deposit.
Cancellations made before 26 February will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of retreat cost unless a replacement can be found at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations made between 26 February and 1 April will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of retreat cost unless a replacement can be found at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations made within 14 days from the start of the retreat will incur a charge of 100% of the retreat cost.

 

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

I highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all retreat guests, it’s protection for your investment should any emergencies arise either before or during your trip. You will need to purchase your own return flights to Denpasar Bali, and there are direct flights available from Brisbane. The Denpasar airport is fully modern, and there are ATMs and currency exchange facilities inside the airport.

PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS:

To enter Bali your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months prior to your date of entry into Indonesia, and you must carry proof of onward passage (either a return ticket or an onward ticket). At the time of writing, a Visa on Arrival is required for Australian passport holders. The cost is 500,000 IDR / $50 AUD, and can be done at the airport, or online using this link: molina.imigrasi.go.id

You must also complete an electronic customs declaration 3 days prior to travel, and then present the QR code on arrival. The form can be done at the airport, or online using this link: https://ecd.beacukai.go.id/

HEALTH POLICY:

Please inform me of any injuries or disorders (either mental or physical) prior to registration. You may be advised to seek medical advice prior to attending the retreat. Also, advise of any allergies or dietary restrictions as needed.

 

PARTICIPATION POLICY:

Classes missed or services not used will not be reimbursed. Retreat attendees participate at their own risk and must use their own judgment as to which movements and positions are appropriate for their level of training and experience.
