Yoga Retreats
The word ‘retreat’ comes from the Latin verb ‘to pull back’. A retreat can replenish your body and spirit and help you refocus on what’s truly meaningful in your life.

Tuscany | 24 September - 1 October
After being homebound for so long, I’m SO ready for an adventure! Chef Mel Alafaci (of Vanilla Zulu Cooking School) and I are planning an unforgettable yoga and food extravaganza, just as the Italian summer winds down and the grape harvest gets underway. This week will be an unparalleled experience in Italian hospitality, gourmet food, wine, and sightseeing with sprinkles of yoga and meditation to keep you open to the beauty around you. We’ll stay in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in a classic Italian villa oozing with Tuscan elegance, immersed in old-world Italian cuisine, culture, wine, nature, and yoga — all while being lovingly wrapped in classic Italian luxury!
Chef Mel has some scrumptious Italian specilties in mind to teach us, and there will be tours of the surrounding areas as well as plenty of time to explore on your own.

I love Julie’s refreshingly down to earth style, big heart and great humour! She is a rare teacher who’s incredible depth of knowledge and skill is matched by an uncanny ability to communicate and inspire, making even the most difficult concepts easy to understand. She will transform your practice and your teaching!

The most generous of heart and spirit teacher a person could wish for! Expect absolute authenticity, teachings that are willing to meet you as you shine and as you hide with your shadow selves. Deep gratitude, thank you, Julie. You know what for xo
